  • Many products are made to order and produced only after purchase.
  • Production times may vary depending on the item and are specified on each product page.
  • Some items may be available in stock.

4. Prices
All prices are shown in Euros.
Under the Regime Forfettario, prices are not subject to VAT pursuant to Art. 1, paragraphs 54–89, Law 190/2014.
Shipping costs are displayed separately.

5. Payment Methods
The following payment methods are accepted:

  • PayPal
  • Installment payments handled by third-party providers (e.g., Klarna/Scalapay, if available)
An order is considered confirmed only once payment has been successfully completed.

7. Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer law:
  • For custom-made or made-to-order products (pre-order), the right of withdrawal does NOT apply (Art. 59(c), Italian Consumer Code).
  • For in-stock non-customized products, customers may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery.

8. Warranty
All products are covered by the 24-month legal warranty for lack of conformity.
The warranty does not cover:
  • natural wear,
  • oxidation of metals,
  • damage caused by improper use or lack of care.

9. Intellectual Property
All product designs, photographs, texts, and content on this website are the property of Veronica Altieri Jewelry and/or their respective authors. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability
The Owner is not liable for service interruptions due to force majeure, technical issues, or malfunctions attributable to third parties.

11. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law.
Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the consumer’s local court.
