Our shipping and return policies are designed to ensure full transparency and customer protection in line with Italian and EU regulations.

Origin
All orders ship from Italy via UPS/DHL (tracked).

Processing times

  • In-stock items: dispatch within 1–3 business days.

  • Pre-order / made-to-order: 2–3 weeks to craft; shipped immediately when ready.

Estimated transit time

  • Italy: 24–48 h

  • Europe: 72–96 h

  • Worldwide: 48–96 h (depending on destination)

Shipping rates

  • Italy: free from €200.

  • Europe: free from €250.

  • Other countries: calculated at checkout.

Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once shipped.

Duties & taxes
For non-EU deliveries, import duties and local taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

Undeliverable parcels
If the address is incorrect or the parcel is uncollected, re-shipping costs are borne by the customer.


Damaged parcels
Accept the parcel “with reservation”, note “package received with reservation due to damage or tampering”, and send us a photo before opening.
