Returns & Refunds
Legal basis
Under EU Directive 2011/83 and Italian Consumer Code art. 59, the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalised goods.

Only in-stock items can be returned.

Pre-order / made-to-order pieces are non-refundable, except in case of defects, damage, or fulfilment error.
Return timeframe (in-stock only)

Request within 14 days of delivery.

Once approved, the item must be returned within 7 days.

Return shipping at customer’s charge, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
How to request a return
Email info@veronicaaltieri.com with:

your order number,
-
name and address,
-
reason for return,
-
and photos if the item is defective.
If a defect or error is confirmed, we will provide a prepaid return label.
Return conditions (in-stock)

The item must be unused, unworn, and undamaged.

Must include original packaging (box, tags, certificate).

Ship tracked and securely packaged — responsibility remains with the customer until delivery.

Returns not meeting these conditions may be refused.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus:

site handling fees (4.99% + €0.35) and
-
initial shipping costs, if applicable.
For defective or incorrect items, we cover all shipping costs and refund the total amount without deductions.
Defective or incorrect items
Report within 7 days with photos. We’ll cover return and replacement shipping and offer repair, replacement, or refund.
Pre-order / made-to-order
Non-refundable. If defective or non-conforming, we’ll repair or replace and cover both shipping and return.
